Once you have been verified by our banking partner, your club will be able to assign you a Groundwork debit card.


When can I expect to receive my Groundwork debit card?

When your club has assigned you a debit card, it will take 7-10 days for the card to be printed and delivered to your club's address. The club will then distribute the card to you. If you're wondering when you'll receive it, the best thing would be to ask your club directly.


How do I activate my debit card?

How do I withdraw cash from my debit card?

You can withdraw cash from any ATM. To withdraw cash without any fees, look for an AllPoint ATM using the locator in this article: ATM Access.


How do I report a lost or stolen card?

Deactivate the card and report the card by calling 844-922-0922. For more information, see this article.


What billing address or ZIP code do I use for my card?

You will want to enter your club's billing address and ZIP code. If you do not know the club’s billing address, we recommend that you reach out to your club’s main contact for this information before you start using your card. This way you will have it on hand whenever it is required!
