How do I sign up as a Team Assistant?

Your club's org admin will need to assign you as a team assistant first. Once you are invited, you will receive an email invitation to signup. That email will look like the one below. Go ahead and follow the link in the email to get started.

Why do I need to provide a Government ID and Social Security number?

Since you will be a cosigner on a bank account, our banking partner is required to verify your identity. None of this information will be stored in Groundwork, it is only used to apply for your bank account with Evolve Bank & Trust per federal customer due diligence requirements.

I have resubmitted my Government ID or Social Security number. Now what?

Your updated documentation will be reviewed by our banking partner. Please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated. Submitting your information more than once may result in delays.

Can a Permanent Resident (green card holder) sign up to be a Team Assistant?

Yes! Permanent residents are considered a US Person in the W-9 certification. You can enter in a Taxpayer Identification Number in place of the Social Security number.
