You just got your Groundwork debit card from your club! What next?!

To activate your card, go to 

Once you log into your account, you will see a red banner at the top of your Dashboard notifying you to activate your card. Once you click on the link in the banner, you will be prompted to activate your card.

Setting your PIN number

When you activate your card, you will then be prompted to set a four-digit PIN number. This PIN number will be needed for most purchases made with your card - so select one that is secure and easy for you to remember. See here for tips on choosing a secure PIN number.

Remember your card’s billing address and ZIP code

For security purposes, you may be required to use your ZIP code or billing address to complete and authorize a purchase with your card. Most often you will be asked for this information at places such as gas stations, or when you are making an online purchase.

The debit card’s ZIP code will be ZIP code associated with the billing address for the club. If you do not know the club’s billing address, we recommend that you reach out to your club’s main contact for this information before you start using your card. This way you will have it on hand whenever it is required!

Groundwork debit cards can only be used for transactions within the U.S.

Lost or Stolen Cards

If your Groundwork debit card has been lost or stolen, deactivate the card and call 844-922-0922.
