You've setup your teams, parents have signed up and paid through Groundwork and now you want to know that all your money is accounted for. This guide will walk you through that process.
First, check out our guide on processing times. If the money is still processing, just hang tight until the payments settle.
Okay, so your payments have settled and show up as Paid. Now you want to make sure the deposits that are going into your bank account add up to what you've collected through Groundwork. To do this, check out the transaction data export. Go to the Settings page and click Export Transaction Data. This will list all online and offline payments made or recorded in Groundwork. It also shows the transfers that we make to your bank account. The first thing to do is check that the amounts in the You Receive column (the amount collected after transaction fees) add up to the amounts in the Bank Deposit ($) column. We do our best to order the transactions so that the all of the online transactions before a deposit match up to the deposit amount.

Now let's check that transfers from Groundwork match up with the deposits on your bank statement. Note: the amount we show in Bank Deposit ($) may actually be broken up into two or more transactions on your bank statement. For example, if we transfer $10,000 to your bank account, the bank might break it up into $3000 and $7000 deposits. The deposits should have "PAYSTAND" in their description, and possibly "Groundwork". Also note that there are two dates listed in the export. The first is the date we initiated the deposit. The second is the date we've gotten confirmation of receipt from the bank. Look for deposits between those days.
